Can higher levels of IGF-1 mean higher levels of HGH?

12-Week Study Shows 28.57% Increase of IGF-1 Levels
In a 12-week, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial, 61 participants were split into two groups.

The group taking GenF20® Plus was given the suggested serving amount.
At the end of the 12 weeks, the researchers measured the IGF-1 levels of each participant.
The placebo group didn’t see any increase.
But the researchers were astonished when they discovered that the participants who received GenF20® Plus showed a 28.57% increase of IGF-1.
Note: This study did not measure HGH levels directly. This clinical trial measured IGF-1. It’s scientifically shown that IGF-1 levels increase when there’s more HGH production.
